Aunt Polly's House - This 1/4" house is a tribute to the upbringing of Tom Sawyer by his Aunt Polly. The kit includes all materials to build the house, bricking, flooring, wallpapers, fireplace, roofing, ivy, window boxes and plants, railings, and even a rope ladder to escape from Toms third floor room. Size is 4" W x 3 1/2" D x 8 1/2" H. Cost was $165. QC weekend price is $75.
